COACH & CREATOR

If you’re new here .....welcome.

You joined the NSFWcoach newsletter just as I kicked off a private 8-week cohort for adult industry performers who want to build real business infrastructure.

Don’t worry .... you didn’t miss anything.

Each week, I’ll send you the cliff notes from inside the room.

If at any point you decide you want deeper access, live coaching, and accountability, you can join the waitlist for the next cohort below.

Now here’s what we covered in Week 1.

Week 1: Stop Thinking Like a Performer

Before we touched advanced marketing, we addressed something bigger:

Responsibility.

Blaming platforms. Blaming algorithms. Blaming “the industry.”

If your career grows — that’s on you. If it stalls — that’s also on you.

That’s not criticism. That’s control.

When you take full responsibility, you gain leverage.

The Foundation We Built

We didn’t start with content hacks.

We started with ownership.

  1. Secure Your Domain

Every participant was assigned to purchase their personal URL (ideally their stage name).

If you don’t own your name, someone else can.

A domain isn’t just a website. It’s digital property.

  1. Build a Simple Landing Page

Not a full site. Not perfection.

Just a clean page that collects emails.

Why email?

Because platforms are rented land. Your email list is owned land.

It protects you from deplatforming. It creates direct access to your audience. It builds long-term stability.

  1. Create a Non-Explicit Freebie

No explicit content on social media. Be extremely cautious with explicit content in email.

Instead, build brand equity:

• VIP club language • A tasteful exclusive photo • A fantasy story • A behind-the-scenes note

You’re not just selling scenes. You’re building an audience.

That was Week 1.

Basic? Yes.

Foundational? Absolutely.

Most performers skip this step — then wonder why they feel unstable every time a platform shifts.

This quarter’s cohort is currently full.

NSFWcoach PERFORMER & PRODUCER Hey — welcome to the NSFWcoach newsletter.I’ll keep this short, useful, and worth opening. Here’s the one move every creator should make early (and too many don’t): 👉 Buy the domain that matches your stage name. Not your platform username. Not a link-in-bio you don’t control.Your actual name as a URL. Why this matters more than almost anything else: Platforms can ban you. Domains don’t. Social links change. URLs are portable. If someone Googles your name, you...
